Human Rights Help Our Goal Line.
Virna is a City of Reading appointee under Mayor Eddie Moran and was officially approved by the Reading City Council to serve on the Home Rule Charter. She continues to dedicate her efforts to empowering individuals to achieve personal and professional growth through recovery, education, and opportunity.

CACI is committed to dismantling healthcare access barriers by providing transportation, education, and culturally appropriate advocacy, ensuring that historically underserved communities receive the care they deserve.

Our Approach
CACI focuses on three core pillars to eliminate barriers to quality healthcare:
Through partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies, CACI builds a strong support network to help individuals navigate the healthcare system.
- Health & Wellness Education – Providing individuals with knowledge to make informed healthcare decisions.
- Transportation Assistance – Ensuring reliable access to medical appointments and essential services.
- Language Support – Offering translation and interpretation services to bridge communication gaps.
How We Operate
CACI delivers services through a hybrid model that includes:

- Digital Tools & Remote Support for those with mobility or transportation challenges.
